Aquafoundry Returns and Refund Policy

At Aquafoundry by Cerebronics Technology Pvt Ltd (Trade Name: AquafoundryFarmA), our priority is to deliver the freshest, highest-quality organic produce to our valued customers. We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we recognize that concerns about the products may occasionally arise. To address these, we have outlined the following Returns and Refund Policy:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact us via email at contact@aquafoundry.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9632643344 / +91 9632653344. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos. Upon review and approval of your claim, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Perishable Items

Given the nature of fresh, organic produce, some items may spoil or become unfit for consumption more quickly than chemically treated products. If you believe any perishable items in your order have spoiled prematurely, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the affected products and additional details to process your claim. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds may be denied if returned items fail to meet our criteria.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item(s) or claim is approved. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact our support team at the earliest opportunity. If the order has not yet been harvested, processed, or shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if the order has already been harvested or shipped, cancellation is impossible, and you must follow the return process for unwanted items.

Exceptions

Returns or refunds will not be granted for:

  • Items that have been consumed or discarded.
  • Claims that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

Shipping

Delivery Timings:
Orders are typically delivered between 5 PM – 7 PM on delivery days(Monday and Thursday). Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cut-off Times:
To ensure prompt service, please place your orders by 8 PM on the day before delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed based on availability.

Delivery Charges:
Rs. 25/- delivery charge per order. Free delivery for orders above Rs. 350/-.

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you. A redelivery charge may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Returns and Refunds:
We do not accept returns for perishable items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us same day of delivery for a resolution.
